Hey all, Sam here. Imagine if you would, purchasing cemetery burial plots so that in the future, your family can all be buried together; you even have inscribed “reservation” bricks installed on those plots to prevent someone from being accidentally buried on your family plots. But then the people running the cemetery, apparently just for shitz and giggles, decide to remove those reservation bricks and then bury a non-family member *diagonally* on several of your family’s plots so that your family cannot be buried together despite there being perhaps 5,000 other vacant burial plots in the cemetery where that non-family member could have instead been buried. Then imagine you asked the cemetery people to remove the non-family body and bury it elsewhere and you would consider the matter closed without filing a lawsuit seeking damages for intentional infliction of emotion suffering. Then imagine the cemetery people refused to rebury the non-family body elsewhere so the matter could be dropped, leaving you no alternative but to file a lawsuit before the statute of limitations filing deadline expires. This has actually happened to me, leaving me no option but to file a lawsuit. FAAFO. You might be surprised—but probably not— to read the Petition at a Law and learn the names of the people who made the decision (and/or ratified the decision) to do this to me. Based on information and belief, these people have been going around telling people I am suing them for no good reason which also poisons the well of potential jurors; they are also now asking the court to seal the Petition so nobody can see what they have done to me. They have left me no alternative but to post this to set the record straight.
