C.R. Flood Class Action Update. The U.S. Supreme Court is currently reviewing the C.R. Flood Class Action brought by Property Owners. Plaintiffs allege in this C.R. Flood Class Action that over $6 Billion in property damages occurred when the Defendant railroads loaded weighted and joined rail cars onto over century old dilapidated rail bridges ahead of a near annual, minor flood. Defendants in the C.R. Flood Class Action are Alliant Energy (LNT) and their CRANDIC Railway and Union Pacific Railroad (UNP).
